ESG Gaming has given notice for its second Annual General Meeting which will take place on Monday 21 August. Attended by our Executive and Non-Executive Directors and accountants, Crowe UK LLP; ESG Gaming is seeking to file our statutory reports, annual review and accounts by 28 August 2023.
Given the changing landscape in our sector, we are keen to file our statutory information on the Public Record within 28 days of our financial year-end date, which is 31 July 2023. This will be eight months in advance of the statutory deadline.
All the AGM papers, like all our board meeting papers, will be available on the ESG Gaming website to ensure transparency. Similar to last year’s year-end, ESG Gaming will go further than the statutory reporting requirement by publishing a comprehensive CIC34 report, an ESG Gaming branded Annual Review and our accounts will disclose all salaries paid to everybody involved with ESG Gaming and a full, line-by-line Profit & Loss statement.
Year Two has been an incredibly challenging year, but ESG Gaming continues to make humbling progress and is finishing the year in a strong financial position with good foundations in place, which have been scrutinised by external organisations for whom we have gratefully appreciated their insight and support.
Finally, by 28 August, ESG Gaming will also publish its strategic priorities and KPIs for Year Three, which will cover the period 01 August 2023 – 31 July 2024.
