Reflecting
on the award, John Dabill, Director of VIVERSE at HTC said ’This is an impressive
first step for ESG Gaming as the product's first outing at the Bett Show. VIVERSE technology is powerful and flexible, so we're already implementing additions to the space based on feedback, and we look forward to supporting ESG Gaming by getting this product out into the community.
James
Fraser-Murison, Founder, Fraser Esports said, ‘It's been a pleasure to develop the
educational content for the product. Seeing people in the virtual reality space
and hearing their reactions last week was awesome. There is so much appetite

as we extend and build upon what we have’.
Nath
Edmonds, Founder, Sweet Cabin, said, ‘What an impactful way to start 2024 by
winning our first award. I love all things tech and gaming, so with our shared

award is recognition of the wider team working hard to understand how virtual
reality and esports can positively affect humanity as we age.Turning 50
years in 2023, having suffered with my own mental health and addiction and
seeing the effects of dementiaon family members, we were determined to learn
more and contribute to this space. We still have much to learn, but I am
immensely grateful to my friends, colleagues and mentors who helped bring the
vision alive. Special thanks goes to a number of people including: Kevin McGowen, with whom I first
discussed this idea and was the inspiration to do something in this space; Sam
Child, Alex Slowman, Rosie Grey, Mirren Fischer and Harry Clark, the wonderful
team at MDRx and Mishcon de Reya LLP; James Fraser-Murison from Fraser Esports;
Sam Cooke, Jack Fenton and Laura Bryne and the outstanding team at Esports
Insider; John Dabill, Nathan Gaydhani, Sevag Chamelian and Harry Virdi from HTC
VIVE who have been such huge supporters; Mia Sutherland from Bett; and finally
Chris Jones, Chris Bryan, Nath Edmonds, Emma Rose, Glen Prebble, Tony Boulton and Abdiqani
