In establishing ESG Gaming, we needed to find a colleague to develop and lead our education and quality-assurance strategy. As a start-up organisation, this is a hands-on role while we build our
financial resilience and capability. Working within gaming, esports and the metaverse puts ESG Gaming into three niche markets, and we needed a Director of Education who has a thorough knowledge and track record. It was a tough find, but we were all delighted at ESG Gaming when James Fraser-Murison showed an interest and put himself forward.
Our board discussed and approved this appointment at the November board meeting, therefore it gives us enormous pleasure to welcome James to our small, but, super impactful team. Nobody
knows these sectors more when looking through the lens of education. ESG Gaming will seek to employ no more than six people, but deliver social impact at the same volume as organisations two
or three times our size. James' approach to helping us realise this ambition is a perfect fit.
Already a few weeks in, he is leading our educational metaverse pilot which we’ll showcase at the Bett Education Show at London’s Excel in January; Mobile World Congress (MWC) Show at Barcelona’s Fira Gran Via in February and ESI Next Gen at Oxford University in March.
James will be engaged by ESG Gaming through a consultancy agreement.
