ESG Gaming held its AGM today (Monday 21 August), and the board discussed and approved our year-end accounts, Directors Report and CIC 34 Report to the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies. Our AGM was attended by our Accounting Assistant Manager from Crowe UK LLP who presented the accounts to the board and took question. Minutes from the board meeting and all year-end information is below.
The board specifically discussed the Statutory Levy and we noted in our account notes how we would account for Government / Statutory Grants going forward. Year two has been an incredibly challenging, but hugely rewarding year for ESG Gaming. We have been fortunate to build upon the momentum from year one and deliver a positive set of accounts and CIC 34 Report.
Given our year-end finished on 31 July 2023, we have been able to move in a timely manner to publish these results, eight months ahead of the filing deadline. Our year-end accounts and CIC 34 report have been submitted to the Office of the Regulator of Community Intrest Companies and should be available on the Public Record w/c Monday 28 August.
