The foundations at ESG Gaming were further bolstered this week as it was confirmed that we have met the Investors in People standard. Our Chair has had a twenty-five relationship with Investors in People and has led or supported several organisations to achieve the standard. Being able to continually learn from the team at Investors in People and use this knowledge to establish and evidence robust organisational values and strategy, governance, people process and identity continuous development as a start-up not-for-profit organisation has been priceless. Best practice is consistently evolving in the not-for-profit sector and so being able to keep up to date by going through this process and then implement thoroughly modern governance has been important at ESG Gaming’s evolution.
ESG Gaming will now move towards achieving the Investors in People’s Wellbeing accreditation, alongside the final stages of our journey to achieve B Corp certification.
