From humble beginnings,
son of a miner and born in the Midlands, UK. Lee has worked predominantly in the Education,
Charity and Gaming & Gambling sectors for over 32 years, progressing from a
front line youth worker and post-16 educator to holding Managing Director and
Chief Executive positions. Leading the work of large (£60m+) complex
organisations, Lee has devoted himself to public service to improve the life
chances of others. With a proven track record of servant leadership;
significant B2B sales and income generation £50m+, political engagement at the
highest levels and significant experience working within regulatory frameworks
with a detailed knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) &
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) approaches.
More
recently Lee founded the highly-respected, impactful and multi-award winning
Young Gamers & Gamblers Education Trust (YGAM) charity. Building the
charity from nothing following his gambling addiction. Raised over £15m and
grew the charity with no debt. Lead a talented team that reaches over 1m
benefactrices annually. Lee is now studying for an MBA alongside his volunteer
work with Virgin Start Up while ESG Gaming is being established.
Sam Cooke, Non-Executive Director & Co-Founder

As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Esports Insider, an international esports business focused media, events company and agency, Sam has led the growth, development and day to day of the company since 2016.
He’s also a co-founder at ‘corporate’ esports tournament platform, the WFH League, and is an advisor at the venture fund Rewired.gg.
Chris Jones, Non-Executive Director & Co-Founder

A Politics and Sociology graduate of the University of East Anglia, Chris has worked in the gaming sector for three decades in capacities including journalist and publisher. Chris also serves as a Trustee of the charity CHIPS which funds the purchase of powered wheelchairs for children and young people under the age of 18-years.
James Fraser-Murison, Director of Education

James Fraser-Murison, director of Fraser Esports Ltd, is a national award-winning Director of Learning and esports teacher with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. James is an accomplished educational professional who believes in growth mindset approaches and hard work. He created the United Kingdom's first-ever accredited BTEC qualification in esports; is a renowned speaker of education and esports at flagship events across the globe and has extensive international experience. As our Director of Education, James will develop and lead our education and quality assurance strategy.
Dr Blair Dickson
Leading on Human Sciences
Blair has a degree in Biophysical Science from the University of East London, and a PhD in cognitive electrophysiology from the University of Bristol. He worked for various MoD research laboratories before transition to QinetiQ, where he led the Sensory and Cognitive Systems group. Blair combines physiological, behavioural and subjective measures to monitor a number of cognitive and affective states, and uses this information to optimise performance and well-being in demanding and stressful environments.
In 2015 he started Affect IN, a Human Sciences research, development, and consultancy company with the aim of transitioning his research out of the defence sector. He is now focussed on improving well-being and cognitive performance in the education, e-gaming and esports sectors.
Mr Aman Govani
Volunteer
Aman, a second-year law student at City University of London, has showcased his competitive spirit by participating in a myriad of games representing his university. After securing podium finishes for two consecutive seasons, he was then elected to a prominent role in both the university's esports and chess societies as society vice president and president respectively.

gaming will develop, deliver, evaluate, and share learnings from products that
we have carefully researched and mapped into our organisational theory of
change. Maintaining absolute focus, commissioning the independent
academic evidence-base where it doesn’t exist, working positively and
collaboratively with partners and having the ability to independently measure
our impact will guide our work in year-three.
